As a certified functional medicine practitioner, I’m curious about the space where persistent symptoms, “normal” labs, and unanswered questions collide—and why so many motivated, intelligent people are still left without clarity.
I specialize in working with people who have tried everything: multiple practitioners, long supplement lists, restrictive diets, and protocols that sounded promising but never quite delivered. If effort has been high but progress has been inconsistent—or nonexistent—you’re not alone, and you’re not imagining it.
My approach is grounded in Applied Functional Genomics— which integrates metabolism, biochemical pathways, stress response, nutritional status, lifestyle, and clinical context to understand how the body is adapting and why. Less guessing. Less trial-and-error. More pattern recognition, systems-level insight, and strategy that actually fits the person’s health needs and goals.
I’m not interested in endless protocols, generic advice, or surface-level reassurance. I help people move out of confusion and into clarity by building plans based on real data, real life, and real capacity—so health stops feeling like a full-time job and starts making sense again.
